* Added an mainMenu type toolbar button to playlistWindow. Currently there are two but that's because I couldn't decide where to put it. Discussion is requested. * Adding amarokMenu.* is unfortunate but necessary so both toplevel widgets can use the menu.

* We moved kconfigXT stuff to amarokcore, but because amarokconfig.h was generated by kconfig_compiler it wasn't removed from the src root when people cvsup'd. Thus this dummy file includes amarokcore/amarokconfig.h so that people don't get confusing errors. * In a few weeks/months we can remove this file and it'll remove it from people's checkouts when they cvsup.
