* Now uses direct path to /tmp/ksocket-<username>/amarok.loader_socket in loader. Uses locateLocal() in playerapp. Seems to work. Almost. * Now if only loader stopped crashing on second invocation =)

Fix #68, amaroK always starts with empty playlist. The loader was passing the first command line argument to amaroK. The first argument is the name of the executable. This patch starts passing arguments from the arg 2 onwards. Hope it's correct, but it fixes it here. On an amusing note, this bug was due to amaroK trying to insert itself into its playlist *g*

Finally I was able to figure out how to re-initialize KCmdLineArgs :)
This means: amaroK is now able to process cli arguments received by the loader process exactly like when started directly. No more ugly argument parsing.

TODO:
One small problem remains: when amaroK is already running, and is being called with the "--help" argument by the loader, it will print the help information correctly, but then exit. I'm trying to convince KCmdLineArgs not to exit in this case...

Make loader not exit any more after starting amaroK, but wait instead until the app exits. Unfortunately, this leads to amaroK freezing after startup on my box. I've no idea what happens, so I'm commiting this so you can take a look at it, maybe someone has a clue. I've tested the same with a different app, Kate, and it worked fine. Apparently amaroK does something weird. Maybe this is related to the valgrind problems?
Please excuse the breaking. You can still start the app by calling amarokapp directly, in case you have trouble.

I've renamed amarok to amarokapp, and amarokloader to amarok, so the loader gets started by default. amaroK is now able to process options very quickly, when an instance is already running. Please test!
The application is now able to process the command line args sent by the loader. The parsing is very ugly, still, and should be replaced with something better eventually. Also, in the future the loader should be able to output the available options when given "--help".
